The Village Belly Dancers perform for
local and regional events such as conferences, the annual St.
Elias Church festival, Arab Fest, Heritage Fests, and World
Fairs to name a few. The Village Belly Dancers
perform dance styles such as cabaret, cabaret fusion,
Raks Sharki and folk dances. Dances are also unique and
energetic; blending Egyptian, Turkish and Arabic dance
styles. Adding to all this, their electric
repertoire also incorporates props such as canes, vases,
veils, zills (finger cymbals), and swords to their fiery and
energetic dances! The Village Belly Dancers are truly a
refreshingly different show!
